Oregon feild guide help

Hello all, I live about 20 miles outside of Eugen oregon and I have reciently become very intrested in mushroom huting, and what better place then in the oregon mountians? I diecide that making a feild guid would be helpful, i was wondering if anyone else who lives in oregon would like to help me make one. A list of all the hallucinogenic mushrooms that grow in oregon is avalible here http://www.shroomery.org/index/par/12182
For each mushroom i would like to compile a few helpful pictures, tips on identifying it, and anyother usefull information. So anyone want to help? thanks. Here is my first one

Psilocybe azurescens







Cap: 3-10 cm broad. Conic to convex, expanding to broadly quickly. Flat with age with a pronounced umbo, surface smooth, viscid when moist, with a separate pellicle. Chestnut to caramel in color, bruising blue to blue black when damaged

Season: September to December. A cold weather species

Habitat: Fruiting abundantly on decidous woodchips, sandy soils rich in lignicolous (woody) debris. Prefers alder chips and/or bark mulch. Found in Gardens in parks and around homes and office buildings

have fun, good idea to learn and to have fun and stuff. i would do it myself with the shrooms around florida here too if i had the time.

Cool idea but I suggest that you asked Paul Stamets pernmission to use THAT BOTTOM PHOTOGRAPH OF HIS. HE REALLY DOES NOT LIKE PEOPLE USING HIS COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL WILOUT PERMISSION.

FUNGHI pERFECTI'S HAS AN 800 NUMBER IN THE INFO OF THE LOCAL PHONES FOR SHELTON, WASHINGTON.

Umm... your enthusiasm for mushrooms is fantastic guys!  But if this project has not gotten off the ground yet, I'm pretty sure it never will.

Nope were doing it. Gonna focus on outdated info, pics from other people and full of misidentification.  Everyone else does.. and the damn things are still the best we can get.  What's the difference?
