Well, the vermiculite woild probably scrape the walls of your intestines clean. I don't think its a good idea. If you really want to trip off the cake, then try a cranberry juice extraction. There have been many threads on how to do this, do a search. The biggest problem with that method is that you are very uncertain about the dose you are taking.
