yeah i don't think potassium is it's key ingredient. plus i think if it was false advertising it would have been discoverred and dealt with by now.

Sodium and potassium are the only electrolytes it contains, and what constitutes it being a sports drink

Right, well i don't know too much about it to be honest. i'm just speaking generally. i like sports drinks though, and honestly i do feel that i can notice a difference when training with them as opposed to training without. so i think it has some kind of benefit.
