I just saw a post from someone picking cubes from the panhandle in florida.. but just wondering if its too late in the year to find any in FLorida... any comments?

Well, I'm in Gainesville-- panhandle of florida isn't really considered Florida to most :]

Well, I live in Georgia and I'm still finding them so FL should be a go. Most of the experienced hunters in FL say that cubes are found there most of the year.

panhandle is VERY much considered floida.I If anything if they r here then it is safe to say,with right amount of rain, they r in the rest of the state.The panhandle is the coldest part of florida.YOU figure it out.BTW some ppl also say that miami isn't part of florida but part of haiti or cuba.WTF

One other thing--- we have a lot of natural parks around where I live, is it possible to find any actives in a non-cowfield/non-manure environment in FL? (if so, what type?)

well gee... ihaven't been out to check my local field in 4 weeks. Not much rain and it's been getting cooler here... but this thread gives me some hope. maybe i'll go out in a few hours just to look... i've only found copes there so far this year... i'll post results tomorrow if i have any luck.
