got hella blazed and went with a buddy to see this movie in 3d. Don't waste your money on this shit, every line of dialogue is cliche as fuck and while the special effects are pretty cool it's way too long and just flat out sucks dick.

"Ok guys, for this scene we're gonna have giant transformer dinosaurs beat the shit outta these other transformers!"

That's probably a good idea. The previews for that looked somewhat funny at least.

I'm pretty broke at the moment so I wish I woulda used my money on food instead of movie tickets :facepalm:

The transformers movies were awful from day one. The new X-men movie was really phat though, if your into marvel. Godzilla could have been good, if they edited out like 50 mins of it, and kept Brian Cranston as the lead straight through.

the transformer movies are fcking horrible

literally the worst plot lines ever. none of those movies make sense. i heard the new one is almost 3 hours lol

The first one was killer, simply because the special effects were done so well. Shia le beouf and megan fox werent too bad either even though there were hella plot holes throughout the movie it was still a damn good fx movie, but thats it. It shouldve been a one shot deal. I never even bothered going out to the other one.

Yeah, I never really liked Transformers except for the first one.

22 Jump Street is well worth it though

When I was in highschool they were filming transformers in the city I lived in at the time. They came into my class looking for extras but they were specifically looking for people of Asian descent and we had literally none.
I saw the very first one in theaters and walked out with a headache. I'm not really a huge fan of Action movies unless they are exceptionally well done and have a decent plot(like District 9)

There is a problem with modern movies where shit just can never be too complicated. Look at Godzilla, how much shit happened in that movie that was both boring and unnecessary? Or Spiderman 2, it was too busy, and mind numbingly long. It's like people think no-one ever made a 2 and half to 3 hour movie before, as if that's something new. Also they constantly change sceneries, with one throw away location after another. I remember in the first transformers movie it was like "We're in Dubai, now we're in Washington D.C., now we're in Nevada, now we're in New York." like stay the fuck still, pick one location, and maybe try making us care about it. X-men first class was the worst with the location thing, they couldn't stay in one place for more then 5 minutes, it was like a fucking travel documentary.

I know what you mean about too much information packed into movies, but I don't think that's what my problem with movies is now. It's more the fact that it's so formulaic. Action is very predictable. Like you just know that the first time they try to kill the monster or enemy it isn't going to work and then they are doomed... ya no shit.

I have no problem with a movie having locations all over the world especially if the said movie is about an impending doom of the entire world. It would only make sense to be in multiple locations, just my two cents.
