theres this greenish tint to my cakes after 4 days and I'm not sure if it is contam or not it is very light and all of my cakes have it, it's not cool, my prosedure for steril is 45 min in pc and I heated the needle for every jar.
so is it contam? how are my steril prosedure?

Wait a couple of days, it could be bluing. If it grows and the color becomes more noticeably green, then there's noting you can do but toss it. Btw, i don't know if your procedure was sterile enough, you should describe all you did, beginning with the substrate and ending with the incubator.
