Pot: my dog looks at me like, haha man i know you're fucking baked again. And I know that you'll play with me if i look at you with the i want to run around look. I usually end up chasing my dog like a retard and we both have lots of fun.

Shrooms: my dog looks at me like, dude you're fucking fucked. Sometimes he looks at me like, holy shit man you can finally talk to me!!! We have heart to hearts on shrooms. On shrooms I am waaaaay more connected with wild animals too, it seems like we get on the same page.

Never been around my dog on mdma.

Was too fucked up on dmt to pay attention.

My amazon parrot who Ive had for 15 years knows when Im on shrooms. It's fucking hilarious !

He dilates his pupils showing he's excited and plays with me throughout the duration of my trip. It's literally like were one soul bonding in the molecular level..hehe.

Birds are super aware of psychedelics man! I think they are super aware in general. I spent a good 10 minutes this morning talking to birds in my back yard, singing their songs to them. Eventually they started coming closer, it was great.

Funny I had a friend who would trip and would always stay away from cats thinking they knew things about him and were keeping secrets.

I don't do anything lately, but when I do shrooms my animals all act different.
They seem worried or concerned, or confused. For instance, my cat, who is very anti-social and won't even let you hold her, or sit near her EVER, but does come and sit next to me and hangs out like a normal cat does when I'm on mushrooms.

Could be the shrooms effect on me, don't know.

When I smoke my cat will glare at me then leave the room.

When I'm tripping or on MXE my cat likes to come lay down next to/on me.

I have two elderly golden retrievers and they are just universally chill while simultaneously being ready to play if I feel like it. They are incredibly emotionally empathetic, and I have come home in tears before these last few years and they're all over it and won't leave me alone until after a good cuddle, it's kind of like being tackled with love and affection. They're from the same litter of puppies and are pretty inseperable, and they are the only two animals who I have tripped around who have just totally kept their cool...it's honestly kind of strange compared to the other animal reactions I've observed.
When I've been on acid around them I sense this immensely beautiful calm energy from them, I feel like they're honestly my guardians, in some ways.



Other animals I trip around, notably cats, seem to be much more sensitive and reactive to things when it's happening, they seem to go fucking crazy - and a few times friends and I have agreed that their cat was giving us all the stink eye while doing lines of mdma or coke - one of my friend's has three cats and two of them are only social when we smoke weed, then they all come out and hang around us. I also could swear that I've seen cats react to the same OEVs I was, but it might've just been that I was tripping my balls off at the time.
...I also think that they don't appreciate when I stare at them with huge scary pupils and react to that too..cats don't generally like prolonged eye contact to begin with.

On psyches my dog acts a bit curious as to what's going on but for the most part I highly doubt he knows what's going on though. The only time I think he knows I'm getting high is when I smoke weed. He always gets down wind and tries to whiff it.

Cats always seem like they want to fuck with you. My friend and I in highschool must have followed this one cat one night for hours tripping balls. It kept stopping and like looking back at us like it was motioning us to keep following it.

Yeah I've been stalked by random cats on the street whilst tripping balls. My friend's dog would always get all weird when we were tripping. They feel the psychic energy and shit

Back in high school when my friends and I would do heroin and smoke weed my friend's golden retriever would always lay on my feet to keep them warm, such an awesome buddy. RIP.

animals definatly pick up on body langauge/vibes whatever you want to call it
most noticelbly this cat we with used to chill with for a while would get in a weird/overdriven/hyped-up state whenever
we were on acid, like the cat was working at 110%
like some sort of contact high, it happens with people too, most noticebly my gf acts weirder than usual if i am tripping and she agrees she definatly feels differnet if shes around me while im all weird from drugs
i dont have any real explination for it apart from the fact that the subconsoius brain actualy plays a much much larger part in proccessing external stimuli than consoius thought and picks up on tiny differences in body language/tone of voice unbeleivebly quickly.

My cat LOVED it when we were on Ecstasy, he'd roll around from lap to lap getting in on the hours-on-end petting sessions. He was high on the vibes as if we had given him some. (dont ever give a cat E)

Psychedelics?  nope nope nope. Avoid! Unpredictable!  Run past silently.
