resentment and forgivness

if we do not care for eachother, who will we care for? weigh the true advantages of forgiveness and resentment to the heart. then choose. forgiveness is primarily for our own sake, so that we no longer ciarry the burden of resentment. but to forgive does not mean we will allow injustice again. through our senses the world appears. through our reactions we create delusions. without reactions the world becomes clear. i believe the siaying is, "hatred never ceases by hatred; by love alone is it healed. this is the ancient and eternal law." the heart is like a garden. it can grow compassion or fear, resentment or love. what seeds will we plant there?
