Air matresses

Anyone else not much of a fan of these things?

I don't know anybody else who doesn't like 'em

If I'm camping I'd rather just be on the tent ground with my sleeping bag instead of some air mattress that's all like, full of air, and all like, plasticy and stuff, it's just like, wtf man I don't wanna sleep on this thing

I think I actually have and use one of those, and completely forgot about it

it's about like an inch or inch and a half high

I use it like, every time I camp basically

i use a cot when i go camping, way more comfortable



when i got kicked outta my dorm room in college i moved into this shitty place and i didnt have enough money for a bed, and i was only gonna be living there for 2 months

so i slept on an airmattress every day and everyday i use to wake up basically on the wood floor and a lot of the air had came out

it was terrible

i slept in a hammock while camping a few weeks ago. slept like a baaaaaaaby.


would take an airmatress over hardwood floor though

I prefer plain sleepingbag to air mattress but I've been looking into getting a hammock recently. Suggestions?

I recently threw away a futon but kept the mattress part of it and it fits perfectly in my tent. Whenever I go camping like to mtn jam for instance we bring it and honestly it's so fucking comfortable. I don't mind the ground but I also like to be comfy lol.

One year while camping my friends mom bought those inflatable things you put in the pool and can fully lay on and float around and gave us all one to sleep on and it was the best idea ever. A poor mans air mattress lol

roll up foamies and blankets, thats the shit, fuck sleeping bags and all that. comfy ass blankets in a tent with a foamie under them is pretty much a bed and better then tent ground

but thats just like, my opinion man
