George FitzGerald - Lights Out (Original Mix) [deep house]

can't reallt work out for sure what the samples in this tune say.

I think its:

"Bring the, place
Bring the place down"

But it also kind of sounds like

"Burn the place,
Burn the place down"

And also,

"Bring those, lights
Bring those lights down"

also my drug addict self is also hearing variations of,

" Bring the ice down " :cookiemonster:

:cookiemonster:

I think they pick obscure samples like that on purpose and tweak it abit through out the song though intentionally.

cool tune anyways

Definitely not breaks, Amon Tobin is super hard to classify because he is all over the place, that album is somewhere inbetween IDM (intelligent dance music) and downtempo I guess. I think he'd officially be classified as an IDM artist.

I highly suggest you check out the whole album, "Permutation" though - it is really really good and has a super awesome jazzy creepy night vibe that is really nostalgic for me.

Couple more mixes for the thread:
