I NEED SOME COLLEGE HELP WITH NEW TECHNOLOGIES PLEASE ! ! !

Hello,

I am currently taking a critical theory technologies course called, "space, time and body through media." I have to give a presentation next week on Asynchronous/Synchronous communications, bleh... I want to do something more interesting and need your help to generate ideas. Every week someone gives a presentation on a particular subject. So far we've covered, Internet Sex, 3-D Morphing, Star Trek's Data as a model for android development, Video Game Violence and Psychedelic spaces through film (i didn't get to pick that one : ( I've got a day to come up with an idea. I was thinking developments in cinematic cameras moving into a digital realm of photographic manipulation.

I would appreciate hearing your ideas, all I need is a topic relating to something technologically speaking occuring now or in the future.

You might do a search for 'curved space'. It is a fairly new way of looking at space from a non-euclidian standpoint. Things like turning 90 degrees four times doesn't result in a square, etc...

Make sure you have a solid math background. I was amazed at the level of mathmatics used in electical engineering. I still wake up in cold sweats solving eigenvalues in my head.

I got it bro. String Theory. Very, very interesting. I believe it. Supposed to be the theory of everything. Finally makes the theroies of gravity and space time compatible with that of quantum mechanics. Or if not that then do it on nano-tech.
