I haven't seen one of those since my mom packed one of them in my lunchbox in elementary school. I remember pounding those things though. :nomnomnom:

I used to just mix my kratom with yogurt which was pretty good until like a year ago I just started doing the toss & wash with fruit juice or chocolate milk.

I put the amount in a shot glass, and pretty much just take a shot of it like I would with alcohol. Down in 2 seconds.
