1994 jeep wrangler radio

Hey everyone

I wanted to get a radio for my jeep and looked in the quadretec magazine

But it seems they only have a cd receiver (ipod port too)

If i was going theough the trouble id want one where i could get radio waves get the weather etc when im out in the boonies

Any place that sells radios with cd ipod recievers specifically for yjs

anything listed as a receiver will also get AM/FM radio

Your car has an antenna on it. You would need to hook it to the radio. Depending on the radio you may need adapters/special harnesses.

Lol that jeep oh mine dont have no antennae left,.

Shes pretty grunged out at 20 years old and hard use

Deffintley no wires left and would have to buy and run some from breaker to housing

Oh, I just assumed all modern cars since like the 70s have OEM antennas.

I have a 87 yj. I installed a hidden amp with an aux cord run to the center console. Its cheaper this way and, if I don't have a stereo then it can't get stolen. I haven't used an FM radio in over 8 years. Your phone can get weather if you need to know it

Its, physically, a pretty small amp. Its under the hood, tucked away by the battery
