Your casing layer has probably dried out. Pull up the casing layer with a clean fork, add more water via a hand sprayer, and reapply it. If you keep doing this when ever your casing layer gets too dry, you'll continue to get flushes until the substrate has run out of nutrients, or until green mold takes over. It works for me. Just keep in mind that usually much of your yield comes from the first flush, and that the first flush will always be larger than the subsequent flushes.

Here's what Paul Stamets says in T.M.C:

Problem:
Mycellium overlays the casing and then "mats", becoming flattened and impervious to water. No primordia form.

Cause:
Improper watering and/or too low humidity in the external environment. Evaporation rate too extreme.

Solution:
Scratch and/or re-case. Maintain 95% humidity at pinning. Reduce evaporation rate. If watering, mist lightly and evenly.
