i'm a normal american so i have things like internet, car, apartment, food and a job that pays enough for all that.

Nah man, if you were fed once a day in a western nation that's going to not only fuck with your body but psychologically ostracize you. That's not exactly motivating for starting out your life the right way. Don't blame yourself for having hard luck.


It definitely had an effect on my body, I was extremely skinny. hadn't really considered it may have fucked with my psychological state though. I'm not sure I'd agree it did, but I suppose it's possible.

I just never wanted to go to school, people have been in worse positions than me and wanted to go. I also always had the cops called on me for doing dumb shit. I actually got lucky in a lot of respects because I got a lot more 'warnings' than some other people I've known have gotten. I could have a lot longer of a record than I do, or been one of those institutionalized kids that just can't stay out of jail/prison for more than a couple of months.

That's what I mean by I caused a lot of it. Through stupid decisions I've made my life harder than it really needs to be.

I rated myself a 3. Got a degree in nature related field and a bright future ahead of me. Wish my girlfriend hadn't dumped me yesterday :sad:
6-20 I struggled with mild to severe depression.

I voted 5, defiantly had shitty things happen in my life but I'm extremely lucky to have what I got. A good job, some family and good health is what I have. Could be so much worse.

Most of my struggles have been self created. I've lived a pretty damn fortunate life. I mean yeah, people have died and sometimes shit is difficult, but it's really all what you make of it.

Grew up in shit and didn't think things would ever get better, made a lot of bad decisions as well coming out of that mentality. My life's going pretty good now, have to dig myself out of a financial hole but that's not too bad.

If I never stopped to think about the influence my upbringing had on me, would still be making the same old mistakes.

Well I'm not here to have a pity party but I will give you what I consider to be about 10% of my life's hard trials I have dealt with.

That is getting diagnosed with cancer at 16 it ending at 22 with a total of ten tumors and tons and tons of bullshit that ended with me making cancer my bitch.

That's 10% of my life's struggles so far


Trust me I have been dealt a hand that has only been in the hands of a limited amount of people in man kindshistory.
