Mycobag TEK

It feels good to be back at shroomery again. My first and last successful grow was a year ago, but unfortunately due to multiple apartment changes, I haven't been able to continue my hobby, UNTIL NOW. For my next grow I thought, I'd experiment with the mycobags, since I can't stand having to buy and wash the damn jars, and space is also an issue. So I am planning to order a few mycobags from sporeworks. I am planning on mixing the substrate myself, but I haven't been able to find any good threads or TEKs so far. Can anyone lead me into the correct direction? Last time I grew, I used millets and I had good success with them. Most bags that people talk about around here contain rye. Will there be too much of a difference? Also I am planning on casing the mycelium after good growth, any suggestions on what strain to use with the mycobags??

You can buy empty ones though. Save money on substrate and shipping.

I read from a post on here somewhere that the turkey oven bags that you can buy at a grocery store work well too. I could be wrong.
