There is nothing incompatible there.  One deals with domestic policy and the other deals with foreign policy.

No not exclusively. Claiming to be a libertarian while promoting "American interests" abroad at gun point sounds hypocritical to me.

Not to mention the wars being fought are unconstitutional. Congress is supposed to have the authority to declare war not the executive. We can't just go willy nilly into any country we want to "promote democracy" what a load of crap. The whole thing is a facade to enslave other countries to the central banks that's what it's really all about.

Hawaii signed a treaty leading to annexation. Alaska was purchased from the Russians and the bases were for the most part established during wartime

We do not have one single military base anywhere in the world that is not without the permission of the host nation.  Get a dictionary.  Hawaii and Alaska?  :flowstone:
