Portobello help

So a few months ago I inoculated A few jars with Portobello mycelium. Soon after I learned that trying to grow portobello mushrooms from a magic mushroom mason jar technique doesn't work... Except One of My jars is Almost fully colonized so I am kinda stumped. I had put my mushrooming on hold for several months until I discovered the healthy jar today. I thought that you needed manure or other nutrient hardy substrate to get portobello mycelium to colonize. I used A Rye flower/ vermiculite substrate. Does anyone know if the substrate will lead to less flavor full mushrooms? Once the Jar is ready for birthing what type will the conditions in my terrarium need to be? Most of my knowledge about growing mushrooms comes from growing magic mushrooms and from the little I have learned portobellos are a whole different ball game. Can I have some help please?
