Just got out of Jail this morning... * 31

So yesterday, I was at my favorite dog park with my little baby "Belle".
Well her name is really "TacoBell", but that's another story.(tee hee)

  So anyway, she slips away from her collar and starts prancing and dancing around like the cutie pie she is.
All of a sudden, this big scary looking dog with whiskers comes flying over growling and snapping at my little Belle. I say "Stop it you big meanie! Leave my Belle alone!" But he wouldn't stop. He just wouldn't. He kept trying to hurt my baby.

  So then this dirty looking long haired man comes running over yelling " Killer, Heel! Drop that Shakey toy! HEEL Killer!" I swoop up Lil Belle in my arms and start running away, trying to get to my car as fast as I can. I think Baby Belle might be bleeding and she'll need to see the doctor.

  This hippie man steps in front of me and we bump together. I yelled at him "Ow! You hurt my shoulder!" He said some bad words to me, told me to chill or something, and called my Belle a little runt. I said "Leave me alone! I'm only 19!."

  I had to get out of there before I start crying even more. I get to my car and drive away.
Then, I see a police car come up behind me with his lights on. I'm thinking maybe he'll give me an escort to the animal hospital for my little Belle.

  Wasn't I surprised when he arrested me! He told me it was for a salt and a battery. I don't even know what that is. He said they were going to take away my car, too. I don't know what to do. I have to get back and forth to my group home or they might be mad at me and make me do more  chores.

  Why do some people have to be so mean. People were always mean to me when I had to ride on that little bus. I just don't know what to do now. I want that bad man to get a spanking or have to sit in the corner for the whole day.

  Can you help me Shroomery?... :braindamage: . . . :peace:

Maybe know the law to some extent and your rights? It isn't assault and battery unless there's bruises or some other wounds. Should of asked the officer where's the proof.

Take your own advice.  Assault doesn't even require that you touch the other person, and battery doesn't require any injury at all.  Grabbing a woman's ass is a battery.  Hell, spitting on someone is a battery.

If I'm ever at the risk of being accused of battery I'm going to make sure I get my money's worth.  Theres no such thing as aggrevated battery right, its still the same level if you actually put up an effort to do it properly? :crankey:
