That perhaps is the nature of this place: as we gain in knowledge we ask fewer questions. As we gain experiance the youthful question of the next generation of shroomites seem so basic that we do not answer to them.

In time shrooming becomes such second nature to us that we need not come here for info at all.

And thats what this place is here for right? Information?

We older hands can just sit and watch as the next generation goes from ignorant teens and unexperianced users to powerful shroomers with a good understanding on mycology.

And as they gain power in their ways, new people will come and the most knowledgable will leave.

I'll be the first to admit that if you've been coming here for a while and actually took the time to read the various sections of the site there's not many "New and Exciting" features or bells & whistles but that's what the message boards are for. Many people who have taken the time to go through and learn stuff like to help others and just generally shoot the shit with others that have been around for a while.

If you see The Shroomery simply as a place to get spore vendors, so be it. Your lack of appreciation of the situation and the need for a resource like The Shroomery also hints at your lack of concern for people who may not be as experienced in Mycology or Consuming mushrooms as you or I may be.

The Shroomery is a great resource for anyone interested in Mushrooms, from the teenager down the street who just scored a bag of treats and wants more information to the university professor or mycological expert who may wish to educate others.

Let not your tiredness of this site detract from other people's quest for knowledge, instead maybe it's time for you to move on, or look upon The Shroomery in a different light and realize that not everyone has the knowledge and experience that you may (or may not) have.
