Outdoor growth, please help

Just moved into a guest house behind another couple, so growing inside anymore is not an option. I want to try and grow outdoors, I just printed the "how to" from this page, do you have to innoculate the cakes and go through the whole sterilization process still with the Ball jars, to put them in the hole outside with the hay and manure?
Can anyone please offer me any advice on an easy outdoor grow??

I have about 6 Golden Teacher prints and 6 EQ prints to work with...

Yes you should still start you mycelium inside and it should be done just the same on sterilized substrate. Once your cakes are fully colonized, follow Moe's Outdoor Tek found here:
