This question is more out of laziness than anything else. I have many small light bulbs and a nightlight setup above my terrarium. The light bulbs have a reddish orange glow. If i put blue ceran wrap over the (just) the bulb, will that help? also is it safe?

No, it's not safe. You'll definitely wind up with a nasty, black bulb and a room full of BPAs. There would probably be some fire and smoke at some point.
It's also not useful. Keep in mind that you want as much light at a color temperature of 6500K as possible. It's not that other wavelengths hurt it--mycelium just prefers to utilize light at the same frequency as put out by the sun, for obvious reasons. Taking red-orange light (already too low a color temperature) and then filtering it doesn't increase the amount of light at the optimal color temperature. It just subtracts everything else.
