Sporeworks...Nice selection but I wont order from them again

I ordered 6 syringes from Sproreworks like 6 months ago and at first was very impressed with their service. However, after about 1 month of the syringes being in the fridge.....3 of them were growing this stringy green mold. I reported the problem via e-mail and they returned very promising responses saying that this contamination was not normal and they will replace the syringes with new ones asap. Nevertheless...To this date I still have not recieved my new syringes...I even left a message on their voicemail, that I obtained from realpages, saying that I will return the contaminated syringes to prove my credibility but no word from them and its been recieved and 3 months have passed since then. I dont know whether or not they are neglecting me on purpose or they just forgot, but I am certainly not ordering from them again.

For the last 2 weeks we've been having MASSIVE email problems (see the thread about it in this forum). There are probably about 10-30 customers right now when EVERYTIME we attempt to reply or send fresh email, it bounces back to us. This is problem is actually fairly common now adays (with people setting their spam blockers up very high and not checking to see if their inbox limits have been reached).

Please send me a PM about your situation and we'll be able to take care of it for you ASAP.

We NEVER ignore a customer. PERIOD.

Man sporeworks is great, and quick about their shit. Why did you put them in the fridje? Hell I wouldent even replace them, its your bad. Ive had a sporeworks syringe for damn near a year in room temp, and its as viable, and as sterile as when I got it. Your fridje has all kinds of nasty contamns
