Over the summer I have been working as a webcam host. Yes, the girls who do teasing and sex play for strangers in a chat room. Some of you may have used this kind of service before,  lol.

Kinda like being an escort but much more safe. Its pretty neat actually, just getting all dolled up in lingerie and teasing the boys. Im pretty easy on the eyes, got a nice webcam and some toys and before I knew it I was making at least 1000$ a month. All just from acting sexy and playing with myself.

$1000?  I hope you're not working much for that, that is pretty bad pay for selling your body IMO.

How is that bad pay? most of us play with ourselves everyday anyway, so why not get paid for it?

Started a currency exchange online before the price of BTC skyrocketed, after it did I brought on a few employees and now I just manage them . Right now it's paying for every expense in my life.

If you want to make good money online start your own business, do not fall for the affiliate marketing BS.

As far as selling material goods, I use E-bay and Craigslist a bit (usually at least once a month) and pull in anywhere from $150-2,000/month depending on what items I decide to flip for profit.  This month (the last 15 days, actually) has been my highest yield and I pulled in $2,300 from building a few cryptocurrency mining computers and selling old belts/ties.  I like to buy electronics (laptops, sound equipment, etc.) for cheap and flip (or repair and flip) them.  You'd be surprised at how easy it is to pick up a broken laptop from Craigslist for cheap, repair it, and sell it as a working again.  I once bought a Mac book for $30 because the owner thought it was broken.. the charger was just dead so I picked up a used one for $35 and sold the lot for $350.

I own my own web development business which is how I fund my living.  As for on-going (not one-time) profits, I've got 3 clients who sell their books online (I made the websites) and I get about 5% in each of their sales.  I also created an online store for a local small business, but only get 1% in their sales as their "tip" to my invoice.  It's nowhere near anything to live off of but it helps with any petty purchases I make.

I've been developing two large websites for about a year now and am hoping they bring in a bit of ad revenue once they are up and running.  One is a unique trip/experience journal and the other is an information-based/gathering website.

Aside from that, I've only ever sold money from video games like many others here (Everquest 1/2, EVE, Runes of Magic, and Anarchy Online).  I don't play them anymore, but I would make enough to cover my game subscriptions and internet bill in a month.  The profit was never worth the amount of hours I sunk into the games, though I enjoyed playing them.  In Everquest 2, I would dual-box a second account when leveling a new character for myself which allowed me to sell the second account for quite a bit once I reached max level.

I wish I was a female.  I have many female friends using those webcam sites now (some of which I've talked into it) and they're pulling in some serious cash.  A few gave up their previous jobs as they're pulling in enough to cover all of their bills.

+1...

I also like currency trading - I have a practice account on forex.com. The site lets you trade in real time with fake money. You can see how much you would have made/lost. I haven't thrown in any real money yet, mainly due to risk...

forex trading is highly volitile and i would suggest against it unless you have one of those computer trading bots. otherwise its essentially just gambling. you can still make educated guesses, but its very risky.

the online trading market now is all computerised and its simply not possible for the "mom and pop" investor to compete with the big companies with sophisticated systems. these systems react in miliseconds and eat up all of the gains instantly. its not a level playing field

it's the same reason why the wall street floor trader is a dying breed, because the technology these days is far too superior to that method of trading now.
