There's nothing worse to seeing a big wolf spider in your kitchen, only to fling it across the room to see it's 100's of baby wolf spiders it was carrying crawl off in a myriad of directions.

True story.

If it's any consolation, the only spiders you have to worry about are Brown Recluses and Black Widows.
Brown recluses also have a fairly limited distribution, so you may only have to worry about black widows.

Besides that, spiders are our friends.
They kill annoying pests like mosquitoes and house flies.

I go out of my way to save spiders if the situation arises

I do the same exact thing. I HATE when people instantly step on them as soon as they see one. The spiders just chillin, not bothering anyone... and then theyre instantaneously executed for no reason. Those are the real pussies.

I had seen this phenomena in the wild in my biology class where I had discovered a wolf spider with babies...

It's truly a miracle/creepy,. but the wolf spider looks like it's coated in an armor of babies... all about the size of a pin prick, where the mama spider is the size of a silver dollar.

So yeah... Long story short, big spider flung hundreds of babies everywhere in the kitchen while I hanging out with my ex girl./

Check out these datura trip report excerpts:

At some point this trip turned very dark, some things I won’t discuss here however I will give you one example, that caught me off guard. The floor started teeming with venomous insects. Spiders far too large to be real, literally with bodies the size of car tires started descending from what appeared to be holes in the roof. The thing that I remember best was the clarity of their features, a hardened shiny shell with a neon blue motif on their backs, clear defined segments and legs with hairs sprouting off them that looked like razor wire. 8 blackened eyes and mouths that looked like they belonged in hell with pincers and goo dripping onto the floor bugs, this seemed to make the floor creatures more and more agitated, the hissing and chattering noise grew louder and louder it was deafening.

By this point I was 1. Sure the neighbours had heard all the commotion and were getting ready to break in, this alarmed me because I didn’t want them to have to fall prey to these bugs too, and 2. I was concerned that the fate I was about to meet was going to be unnecessarily gruesome. I felt a drop of moisture on the back of my neck and got ready to jump up and punch whatever was hanging above me as hard as I could. Then suddenly I felt a stab on the back of my neck, almost like a kitchen knife but warmer. I jumped up trying to grab hold of the leg that was on my neck and at that moment I zoned back in again and found myself jumping in an empty room

I took a shower and when I saw spider webs and spiders crawing through them in the corners of the shower. I remembered that I was still trashed from the night before but also wondered whether the spiders were real or not. I decided that they were hallucinations but couldnt help having a fit when one jumped on me. I was starting to catch on that the people I was talking to werent real becouse they would always disappear. They kept tricking me though and I always caught myself talking to hallucinations. I got to a point when I would just look away then look back and they would be gone when they tried to talk to me. Even when real people tried to talk to me I would try to make them dissapear.

Only drugs I've ever heard of doing that to people is tropane alkaloids (i.e. datura).

I've heard of Meth and other drugs that keep a person up for more than 3 days to do the same... like some kid killed himself with a knife because there was spiders crawling all over his skin and he had to cut them out... and some little girl witnessed it.

Terrible. Although, I think there is some sort of demon drug, as I would call it. a drug that brings out your worst fears.

Didn't some leading philosophers kill themselves with Datura , or am I mis-remembering>?

Sounds false to me.

There's a connection between staying up for days and the effects of tropane alkaloids: James L. Kent, "Psychedelic Information Theory", Alpha Chapters, Chapter 12 (Scroll down to "Datura, Belladonna, Tropane Delirients, Dramamine, Benadryl, Antihistamines & The Classic Anticholinergics")

I was on break at work the other day and I leaned back to get cigs out of my pocket and right in front of my face is a spider bigger than OP's picture comin down from the top of the overhang of the building building a web or someshit. If I would have leaned back a second later that fucker  would have landed on my head. I didn't freak out but I made sure it wasn't coming near me again.
