I am wondering if anyone can tell me if my cakes are contaminated or not. First of all they have been out of the jars for about 4 days now and to begin with, i over humidified them, so the mycillium became very fluffy, which i understand is no big deal, but just today i was looking at them, and there are tiny black specks all throughout the mycillium, like they trapped a bunch of black dust. Does anyone know, is this normal or is it contamination?
