NEED PLAYERS for my fantasy online mmorpg

I created the game myself using the First Star Online engine many of you may have seen or heard of it when it was popular back in 2002.

I have been working diligently to beta test and debug the game and add new content, now I just need more players. We have 3-4 that play daily but would like to increase the population for player diversity and more of a player controlled economy.

Currently there is PvP, Trade Skills, Player Houses, Airships, Boats, Guilds, Player Guild Halls, Player run Shops, quests, PvE, and much much more being added constantly. The controls are simple utilizing only the directional keys, tab button, mouse, and control button. The game looks a bit like zelda from snes and plays like any other mmo.

Friendly admins and an active community make for a great place to kill some time in our wonderful little game.

I figured I would post our facebook page here, in hopes some of you might download the client from the link on the FB page and try the game out. Hope to see you in game soon.

After playing a few hours its pretty fun and interesting once you get used to controls and commands. there is multiple things to do from fishing, mining, killing things lol, there is even a few mini games to play against someone such as checkers and black jack. You can also build your character's stats to fit your needs.

Over all I'd say I like it so far..Still in Noob Town but there is still much more I haven't discovered yet. Definately not a game that will be finished in a few days let alone a week. So ima get back to playing.

That's pretty cool. I'm actually working on something similar...Well not really. It's just a 2d mmo. I'm not sure I know what first star online is...I'm coding the game in java, and it's quite a way away from being playable. It's a farming type game..Kind of..There is a lot more to it. If you have ever played harvest moon, it's similar to that but there is a lot more to it.

sounds good. Im not super worried about you behaving yourself :P

I am including mushroom and weed farming skill in the game lol..I just finished sprites for it..

This game is written entirely in Lingo using Macromedia Director.

We are totally re-tiling the world since we just added over 2000 map tiles to the map editor so the worlds gettin a sexy makeover :smile:

MrMacDaddy has joined and plays daily now, lets get some more of us in game!!!

(Keep your eyes on the FB page cause there is a new client coming out again soon with the final finished updates and we have a new GUI for the start screen and the player interface that shows xp and is a little bit cleaner looking.

I loved harvest moon. My game also has farming but its only a tradeskill to make money :smile:

No longer need to manually add your IP address to play so now you just need to download the client create a character and then log on to play.

Be sure to read the How To Play Folder's .txt files to learns the ins and outs of the game. Server admins are also available to ask and answer questions
