Fantasy Baseball

I'm looking to join a good active league if anybody has any opening in theirs.

I was thinking of joining the Sporting News Fantasy Baseball but i never tried it before. Anybody has any recommendations for a good Fantasy Baseball web site?

I was going to join one this year too. A couple of my friends use yahoo, but I've never used it so I dont know if it's any good. If I find one I'll send you a pm.

I usually play every season. I've used SNFB in the past and have enjoyed it. Why not start our own league?

CBS Sportsline.com is a really good, free, Fantasy Baseball league. Last year was my first year in a league. It's incredibly addicting. I spent hours infront of the computer analysing players' stats and strategy.

I'd recommend this site. I joined a league of veteran fantasy players and this site was their top choice.

I agree, it is very addicting. Back when I used to work in a baseball card store (don't laugh) in addition to pretty much talking shop all day, II used to spend a lot of time analyzing stats. I think the best I did that season was like 1356 or something there abouts out of like 150k+ players, so I was pleased, but I spent a lot of time on it too. Makes you really wonder about the people who place first.  :smirk:

This will be the 4th season for my CBS Sportline league. I was just pondering if there was a better alternative with different new innovations.

Probably the best part of Fantasy Baseball is the draft. Its just so fun for a big baseball fan to do.

i never join free leauge's unless i know all the owners, becuase usually free leagues don't last long because of unactive owners. When you pay for a league, you are more obliged to keep yourself active within the league.
