i found these mowing the lawn near tall pines. they dont blue. spores are black. are they Panaeolus cinctulu?

that's definitely not a cinctulus. Maybe a mycena or gymnopus, hard to tell from that artistically shot picture

Xeromphalina species would be my guess.
Are you sure the spore print is black?

Choomanfoo are the stems brittle?(Easy to break?)
If so :whathesaid: gills look brown to me.:shrug:

the entire mushroom is quite delicate, and yes the gill are brownish with red hue, however spores look black.

i guess im not sure how fragile is fragile, most stems if pulled will a ball of mycellium out with it. in the over exposed photo there is a stem for example. i could maybe even tie a knot.
all of the other psthyrella ive looked up tower this little guy,cap is only 3/4 of an inch in diameter. or are there also much smaller family members
