condensation should, and probably will build on on the top of your container, I dont know how to avoid these dropping onto your cakes, but I have read somewhere of coating the top of your container with vaseliene will stop the droplets.

really wet in your jars??? i had that problem....loosen the lids and flip jars over.....

condensation in terranium is good....its a sign of high humidity, which is needed :smile:
