I wouldnt fuck a girl if i knew she had a boyfriend:

a. I wouldnt want it done to me, so why do it to someone else.
b. Im not that eager to get laid.
c. I get turned off by girls who have shitty morals. I think its an ugly personality that does something like that; they dont deserve my cock.

The exceptions are if the relationship was ending anyways. Also, I have messed around with a chick who was married, but the husband had already bailed on her and and her kids without child support. He can fuck off

Here's my take on the subject. It's not really morally reprehensible to screw someone else's girlfriend because you have no obligation to the commitment they made, that is on him and her. It may not be cool, it may hurt but you can't be expected to live by the rules of their relationship. It also does not make her a slut or whore, fucking many many people without concern or much selectiveness does. What it does make her is untrustworthy and seeing as how relationships are built on trust and communication it should rightfully piss off whoever was cheated on and promptly land her ass on the street.

Any anger put on you is misplaced unless you were a friend then you're untrustworthy too and deserve to lose your friend and have someone to fuck around behind your back also. That all being said I haven't cheated on anyone or been cheated on so this is the opinion of someone who has not been through the pain and disappointment of that kind of betrayal so take it with a grain of salt.

edit: Forgot, even though I say this I believe it's never a good idea to muck around in other people's relationships it seems it will more than likely end bad for someone involved. Also if she'll do it for you she'll do it to you so I hope you're just in it for the sex.

Yeah it is. Why do you think it isn't? If you knowingly fuck other peoples girlfriends odds are you are at some level, a scumbag. Its morally wrong to do so and I find it hard to justify it. Saying well you aren't obligated doesn't say much and is a cop out in attempting to justify the actions. Both parties in the wrong the one who facilitated the cheating and the one who willingly participated in it knowing full well of the situation. How can you say that is isn't morally wrong?

We all know that living with a woman for a extended period of time establishes a "common law" marriage in certain states, I am not sure how people in that situation label themselves.
