you MUST fan dry first.
Any of those desiccants you suggested will do nicely, just make sure they don't touch the fruits.

For $40 SWIM got a food dehydrator at walmart with different temperature settings. Thank goodness, as SWIM's first harvest came in better than expected and he could never have handled it all with the DampRid he'd bought.

12-24 hours fan dry then to a dessication station till cracker dry.

Fan dry FIRST. I lost a small find of shrooms by throwing them straight into the dessicant chamber. They were quite wet also, and a few days later, mold. *shakes head* Lucky it was only about 8 shrooms, no more.
Even fan drying for an hour or so before throwing into the dessicant chamber works really well. However, for huge finds, you may want to throughly fan dry it for a bit longer.

If you don't dry them quickly enough they may get moldy.

SWIM gets great results by just tossing shrooms on a piece of cardboard on his desk, which is under a ceiling fan. A day later, they're properly shrivelled, and into the dessicant chamber they go.

Put a fan facing down on a wire rack mounted about a foot about the pile of mushies. the next day, all are dry.

I left some mushrooms I found outside sitting in my car's glovebox, which was damn hot, considering the air conditioner burns my face when I first turn on my car....
Anyway, the shrooms dried fine...without molding. Will this be sufficient for future crops?

Box fan with a piece of window screen on it....put it on something so it's not right on the floor. Lots of airflow, works great (or so I heard).

Dry them on a fan like henryp showed you.
Then if they are still bendy, put them in a small tub, get a cup of DAMPRID, and some eggcrate. Leave 'em in there for a few days... presto, cracker dry.
