Ive been practicing parkour these past few days

Nothing insane of course... just going to my local park (its kinda like central park) and getting through obstacles in a rhythmic fashion...

it's way harder than it looks but also way more fun! it's a rewarding activity and great exercise... i had more fun than when I go to the gym anyway

Dude parkour is the shit! I tried it one time and i can learn it but i don't have the guts to do crazy things like some people do! And the workout you get from it is incredible! :thumbup:

i have to lift a bit first before i have the strength to be able to do parkour properly without injuring myself

i'd probably wear gloves as well while i'm ninja'ing

I used to do parkour pretty regularly with a few friends.
I haven't done it in years now.

I do kung fu though, so I can still feel like a badass :smirk:

I'm nowhere near ninja shit but im getting there. i also dont have access to an actual parkour course, just doing what I can in the park. still rewarding though

Its a good workout and unlike other forms of exercise it also helps you get in tune with your body

the beauty of parklour comes in part by the facts that it's done on the streets/random places. get creative

I used to do that stuff before it was called parkour and became all cool and trendy.

I just ike to climb and jump off stuff  etc. :shrug:
