Yes.  Maybe ever.  Guys who dominated before didn't have a salary cap and BB has been incredibly successful

NE Total Reg season 151 57 0 .726 playoffs  17 6 .739  He has a better WP in the playoffs

5 Super Bowl appearances.  3 wins 2 losses, both of which could very well have gone the other way.  He is by far the best currently working.  You haver to be fucking stupid to deny it.  I don't particularly like it but the evidence is clear
