Ahh the Hawks..how are they killing me so..let me count the ways..

1. Burleson is a sick returner but he NEVER fair catches(last Thursday was the first time i've seen him faircatch and it was unbelieveable)and then you know he gets bitched out hard by holmgren after he grabbed the punt after the bounce then fumbled, so he fair catches a couple later when he had 15+ yards on anyone lol >.< )

2. Alexander is sucking balls and i've grown rather tired of him as of late

3. Stevens better start holding onto those balls and keep his mouth shut.

4. The run defense is down the shitter. Frank gore runs 200plus yards on us the first game then 140plus the 2nd)

5. Just no real offense clicking

ugh

seahawks are garbage... the 49er's just solved there defense the other night.

nfc is between; bears, saints, cowboys.

and i agree with psilo... i think it will end up being saints vs. chargers.

San Diego looks like an unstoppable force. They are very balanced.

NFC? New Orleans will be in the NFC championship game. In order to get far in the playoffs you must be a team on a MISSION. It is not enough to have talent. The Saints are on a mission and they have talent. Hurricane Katrina devastated the region and the Saints are playing for all those folks as well as themselves. They will be a tough, tough out.

If they should make it to the Super Bowl I believe they (we) will win it all.

The Saints will find a way to win.

see i agree with you.. i wish more people understood what i was talking about when i said.. heart is more than talent in the nfl.. its usually who wants it more.. i mean there are times when there is just too much talent to overcome.. but not usually

Someone was kicking around on ESPN that they might start Matt Schaub at QB and Vick at running back. That would fuck up a bunch of peoples fantasy playoffs...

I'm 99% sure they wont do it though.

are you serious.. Vick wouldnt even make a good RB... atleast IMO.. his best runs come when the WR's run off the DB's and then he has plenty of field and can make guys miss in the open field.. he couldnt do that coming out of the backfield.. esp against the cowboys defense.. defensively they are great against the run, have more problems defending the long pass.

What about using that as a setup though involving Vick lined up in the backfield for an option play? The defense might be fooled into thinking Vick will run opening up the pass more.

Of course, Atlanta's WR's have to catch the ball first.

Crumpler catches the ball pretty well. Too bad he's like Vick's only reliable target. I would love to see Vick on a team with a good solid 2-3 WR set. I think it would be amazing. If he had wide outs to throw to, defenses he was playing wouldn't always assume him or Dunn were going to run the ball, and they'd actually be able to mix it up a bit. He's so talented, it's a shame.

Absolutely. Vick has laser rocket arm arm but not many chances to put it to use. I love teams with the one-two-punch wideouts; Atlanta's offense would be downright frightening with two stars at WR. It would make Vick's mobility even more dangerous.

But Dallas will one-two punch the shit out of Atlanta's defense so it doesn't matter.

Yeah, true.  Who knows though, sometimes Vick just has these killer break out games where he carries the team on his shoulders and runs for like 150+ yards and throws for another 300.  I would actually love to see Vick at QB in New England instead of Brady.  I know a lot of people (especially my fellow Bostonians) would crucify me for that one, but I think that Vick is much more exciting to watch, and a way better athlete.  With some of the WRs the Pats have, and the amount of time he'd haveto get the ball off, it would be awesome (other than last week, when the line fucking sucked.)  Jason Taylor made us look like idiots last week  :rolleyes:

On that topic actually...

I have Vick in my fantasy league as my starting QB for this weekend. Should I put Brady in instead? I'm thinking Brady vs the Texans is a way better match up than Vick vs the Cowboys. But the way Brady played last week makes me hesitant to start him.
