not to mention his durability... that has been whats always impressed me about him.. he rarely misses a game.. and now.. on sunday night when they play the bears... they are playing for a spot in the playoffs.

who knows if he'll play another season.

i think great first half of his career then very shaky over the second half. the playoff game verses st.louis when he threw 7 interceptions comes to mind.

OK, updated playoff pictures. It looks like it's gonna be like this:

NFC

1. Bears
2. Saints
3. Eagles :smile:
4. Seahawks
5. Cowboys (barf)
6. Packers

AFC

1. Chargers
2. Ravens
3. Patriots
4. Colts
5. Broncos
6. Jets

Who you got in the conference title games? i like:

AFC: Ravens vs. Chargers (don't count out Pats though) with Ravens winning

NFC: Eagles vs. Saints with Saints winning due to the week off thing. i don't trust the Bears.

Superbowl:

Ravens 34
Saints 17

I dont see the ravens going to the Superbowl. Maybe its because I am a bred San Diegan, but they will be knocked out before the AFC championship game. I do think the Saints have a chance since the Bears offense is terrible.

you're crazy..

A) philly sucks.. while garcia is playing well right now, hes going to choke in the playoffs.. hell no1 knew jeff garcia was still in the league coming into this season.. hes old and washed up.

B) no1 can stop LT, not even Balt.

superbowl XLI is going to be chargers vs. saints.. 2 of the best offenses in the league..

As far as Garcia i don't fully agree. While yes, he's no Joe Montana, i'm not saying he's great by picking the Eagles, i'm just comparing him to the rest of the NFC which sucks ass. The Eagles are hot going into the playoffs and historically that helps teams chances a lot. Garcia just has the right offense around him right now and i'd pick him over Grossman or Romo any day because he actually has playoff experience.

Baltimore has the formula and system to beat SD. They are beasts against the run. They will limit LT enough to put the pressure on an unproven Rivers, which will create turnovers. They'll pound the ball. It'll be 17-10 Baltimore.

i hope so too... peyton and harrison both deserve it.

and with NFC QB's its just been trendy... Romo had 5 great weeks and somehow got an invite to the pro bowl... Rex Grossman had several weeks when he was on fire.. hell even Eli looked amazing weeks 1-5.. Harrington in Miami.. im just saying.. Garcia is going to blow it for you guys.

I highly doubt the Colts will make it to the Bowl. They havnt had 1 game this season where they've held the opposing team under 100 rushing yards, I'll go as far as saying they will lose the first round.

As far as my team goes I think Jeremy Stevens and D Jack is wearing off onto Branch, That narger needs to stop dropping passes and its shitty Trufant is out for 2 weeksish.

Yeah, but all these years when everyone thought that the Colts would win and they didn't. Now no one thinks they will win and they just might.

Believe me, I fucking hate the Colts. I definately do not want them to win. I'd love to see them go out in the first round.

yeah, its been crazy in the NFC this year, but thats why i'm saying that Garcia isn't as bad as you think. He's hot when it matters: going into the playoffs. i didn't pick the Eagles to make it to the superbowl remember! i do however think they have a chance to win a game or 2 in the playoffs since they're streaking now.

The Colts will definitely not make it.

Yeh jennings does pretty decent. He only has 8 or so swatted balls i think *shrugs*, he had a pretty sick swat during the Chargers game. And i care about the Hawks, seems most teams in the NFC are on somewhat of a downfall. Seattles been been struggling but they'll snap out of it by the playoffs. I hope they get to play the Giants first round  :grin: . I'd really only worry about playing Philly or N'orlens

eagles are garbage... plain and simple.. garcia has been hot.. hes played what.. 5 games? sorry that doesnt constitute a superbowl QB..

again.. Chargers vs. Saints.

Brees/ Bush/ McAllister/ Henderson/ and Horn vs. Rivers/ LT/ Gates/ and that lockdown SD defense.

idk.. even being a dallas fan, i feel like our defense is easy as hell to exploit..

screens... fullbacks.. long ball..

any decent coach can figure out how to pick apart our defense.. and thats whats happened all season.
