So nobody thinks Baltimore has a legitimate shot?

I'd like to see Baltimore and Indy in the AFC champ game. Just for the history aspect of it. There would be quite a bit of hype around that game.

I think the Chargers are going to be tough to beat, but I really think Baltimore has the only shot to beat them in the AFC. Grossman will crumble in the playoffs. I think N.O. will make a good run to the big game running on high emotions.

I think Baltimore is over-rated.. i dont think their offense is good enough to take them all the way.. they'll atleast make the playoffs though.

I don't think it's fair to say they are over rated though.

Nobody ever picks them to win, they are usually the under dogs. The only thing that everyone hypes up is their defense. Why, because it's good. You can't deny that they don't have a good defense. It has kept them in so many games this year, but because they have an offense now that can actually put SOME points on the board they are a better overall team.

- Running game isn't the same as the past, but it works enough to setup the pass.
- Passing game is mediocre.
- Special teams great.
- Defense one of the best in the league.

I agree that they aren't the favs to win, but I think they have a good chance against the teams projected to be in the playoffs this year.

colts? bengals? san diego?... teams that are wayy to prolific for the ravens to touch.

baltimore will be lucky to play past the wildcard game.

The defense of the '00 was certainly better than this squad, but the offense of that team was downright bad. The offense is at least decent for the Ravens this year.

again.. i think the bengals defense plays the most opportunistic in the league.. always going for picks and stripping the ball.. id take the bengals over the ravens 7/10 times.

The Ravens have 22 picks to the Bengals 17, 46 sacks to 30, 10 to 9 fumble recoveries and 5 defensive touchdowns to 1.

The advantage is clearly Baltimore's.
