Caffeine dosage help
    #17527180 -

For the past few months I've been drinking 8 shots of espresso daily. I recently bought some caffeine pills because I'm tired of making coffee all the time and don't want nasty yellow teeth. So I've taken 2 pills daily the past three days. Is it safe to move onto a third pill. I only got 6 hours of sleep and I have a lot of fucking work to do but I'm still feeling tired. I've already taken two 200mg pills. With my
Tolerence do you think it would be safe to move on up to a third pill?

I don't really have that much time to wait on an answer.. Don't know if my heart will explode or something if I take another one so I'll take a half of one and see how that goes.

Pick up some 5 hour energy that way your getting some b vitamins as well. I would think it would be way better than the caffeine.

But to the question I'm I don't have a clue. Check the dosage and google it should be easy to find.

Pick it, pack it, fire it up, come along and take a hit from the bong.

You're getting tired because your tolerance to the caffeine is increasing.  I would lay off the caffeine for a while and look for an alternative. The 5 hour energy shots are good but expensive.  You could look into Guarana.  It is said to be twice as potent as the caffeine found in coffee.  But eventually you will run into the same problem with tolerance.

Are you looking for physical energy?  Or mental focus.  Because if it's the later, there are much better alternatives for mental focus.

I find it most helpful to space out my caffeine pill doses over several hours, but I have a very low tolerance.

600mg of caffeine is a lot, but it probably won't kill you. Have fun with the crash.

It's just caffeine. Are you gonna  :rail: or plug:goatse: 2 grams or more?

The LD50 of caffeine in humans is dependent on individual sensitivity, but is estimated to be about 150 to 200 milligrams per kilogram of body mass or roughly 80 to 100 cups of coffee for an average adult.[4] Though achieving lethal dose with caffeine would be exceptionally difficult with regular coffee, there have been reported deaths from overdosing on caffeine pills, with serious symptoms of overdose requiring hospitalization occurring from as little as 2 grams of caffeine...

Guarana  seeds contain about twice the concentration of caffeine found in coffee beans (about 2–4.5% caffeine in guarana seeds compared to 1–2% for coffee beans)... :coffee::goodmorning: . . . :peace:

I want to start taking modafinil as soon as I pay all the bills and have some extra cash. I've heard really good things about it. But for now the caffeine will have to do..

Gotta ask, what the hell are you doing that you need so much caffeine everyday?  You just that addicted to it that you need that much to feel normal? I drink about two cups of coffee in the mornings and maybe, maybe have a soda after work, but that is enough to keep me alert and active all day long.  Do you workout?  If not maybe you should try that instead of coffee.  Working out releases natural endorphins in your brain that can give you more energy throughout the day and better stamina.  Just about anything is better than juicing up on all that caffeine.

But if you must, I remember when I was young, you could find a product called Polar Bear Snuff.  It was a white caffeine powder that was flavored with some type of mint.  I do not think they make it anymore, but search out Caffeine Snuff on the internet. There are other brands out there. That snuff will wake you up in a flash.

Investigate and consider nootropics instead, like aniracetam. They enhance concentration, productivity, and creativity better than caffeine - and is better for your body in the long run.

If 400mg caffeine doesn't get you too wired, you take too much caffeine. I take a single 200mg caffeine pill about 3-4 times a week and that is more than enough to wake me the fuck up.
