I quite caffeine for the most part early this year.  Not completely "never in my body again" type cast off, I just try to be really aware of when I ingest it now.  I don't like the jitters I would get off a cup of strong coffee.  I'm already most awake when I first wake up,  caffeine just makes me feel tired much sooner than I would without it.

Never really needed caffeine, just kinda drunk it because it was there and never gave it much thought.  Much easier to sleep and think without it imo.  Just need to treat it like the drug it is, be mindful of when I put it in my body.  Use it when I need/want the effects it gives, not just going through the motions of a morning routine.

Dude, 3000mg of caffeine is a bit crazy.
