In the land of make believe, I can't tell you what I would do in real life because make believe circumstances don't exist in real life. Therefore in make believe I must be a psychopath, but in the real world I understand that a fat guy's fat can't stop a train.

The people are not dead until their body loses the soul, so no fault can be assigned, no matter what happens. (that's what most Christians believe)

So a psychopath would have to be understood from a behavioral standpoint, and not
a hypothetical standpoint. It can be observed, but if it doesn't happen IRL, the person cannot be labeled psychopath. They could be labeled Only psychotic, but that is difficult too without chemical analysis of immediate brain response.
