Your fine dont worry about it. You did it correctly, the colonized cakes will overtake bacteria and other comtams by using their antibiotics that they have develuped. Your fine, just sit back, relax and wait!

If you wanna speed up the task of crumbleing the cake, just put it in a zip-loc sandwhich bag. Close it up then crumble. Makes it crumble a lot faster and smaller. I always feel better when I don't put my hands on shit.
