Cakes: Whole v. Crumbled

What is the word on the advantage of what to do to cakes for the greatest yield? The corn mush thing seems a bust, what about other crumble and cut teks? How about cutting the cake cleanly in half? For bulk teks, what is the most efficient? I know these are broad topics, so if you can at least post a link to info (besides the basic) on them, that is good. Kit

Personally, I like to crumble. I 've never been great at getting big flushes from cakes. These are cambodians grown out of 1.5 pints of BFR and cased with a 50/50 casing.
