Thats forsure.

Being part of the punk rock scene i know alot of not so messed up people who have been fucked through insane hospitals, all sorts of pills, therapists, counselours, psychologists, psychiatrists, foster homes, etc etc. I was lucky my parents are smart and understanding, but ive had a very unconventional upbringing.

the medicines the doctors have given me have made ten times worse. I would have never gone to any doctors at all. I would be happy and content right now.

I was put on...i cant remember. But it messed with head bad, even until a year after i was on it, and i was only on it for a couple months. Doctors are too willing to prescribe various treatments without actually trying to help.

im trippin right now. the person i am seeing is a counsler. and i was just in my room a minute ago thinkin to myself "how can this person think of a way to help me? ive been thinkin about a way to help me for years and i have no answer"

my intention of trippin tonight was to get insight on my life and figure out answers to my problems. so i took the 3.5 grams cubensis. However ive had these for months (dried) and they arnt hittin me hard. im fully functionally basically, exept now im left in a depressed mindstate. Im waiting for the awakening portion the enlightment and insight that comes at the end but i doubt it will come this time around.

i was just about to end this post but then i remember wat u said PDU about jus sayin im going to be happy now and i tried it. it works.
but ive been having these mood swings all night i dont know if it will last, but ima watch tv.

Its all in the mind, every emotion, and every feeling, you just need to have the willingness to uncover the right combination of them to be a happy, functional, different person.

It took me along time to actually be able to help myself first. Pills and talking and thinking never helped until i really wanted to. Have a good trip sean.
