What subtrate should I use?

I wan't to grow cubensis B+ mushrooms. What is the best subtrate mix to use when using perlite humidification?

Use the PF Tek if it is your first time.

yeah I agree that is the best way for newbies that it is ALMOST fool proof.(PF TEK)
