what do you think about this subtrate pic?

i'm new to the forum and i just sterilized some subtrate jars. there is a bit of condensation spots here and there on some jars. i wanted to know if this would be okay for growing still; or should i just scrap them and do a new batch.

i plan to let them sit for a few days, so i can check to see if there are any contams before inoculation. also, how long can i store the sterilized 1/2 pint subtrate jars before inoculation? thanks in advance.

As long as they're sealed properly you can store jars for a long time. A few months even, maybe more.

IMPORTANT: THEY CAN ONLY BE STORED AFTER BEING PCED... I SOAKED AND BOILED CORN AND LEFT IT ASIDE BEACUASE OF LACK OF TIME TO PC AND WITHIN 4 DAYS IT HAD GREEN MOLD IN IT...im sure this is as obvious as hitting your thumb with a hammer and warning people that it hurt but i dunno i juss guessed i'd share my stupid mishap so it doesnt happen to other people.. happy growing

thanks for the help guys...what do you think about the condensation though? some jars have visible spots but not soaked yet.

i was busy and missed a couple jars that i had not PCed and after 1.5 days they had fuzzy mold.
