Does anyone else enjoy popping zits?

I love popping my zits... it just feels so good.

It's painful at first, then when it pops its just such a relief kind of feeling.

It really sucks though when you get one that you think will pop but it doesn't. Then you squeeze harder because you know that if it doesn't pop it will hurt like a bitch. Then it still doesn't pop and hurts that much worse.

Not really. If it's big it can leave a scar, hurts a lot, sometimes it actually goes in deeper rather than popping out and you have to live with it even longer before you can pop it. Plus often after they pop they leave you with soreness and redness for a while.

Obviously though if you have one and it needs popping than I guess popping that sucker can give you a solid feeling of satisfaction.

You guys are gross. I put hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol on them & try not to touch them. Sometimes they hurt, but I deal with it. At my age, I shouldn't be getting zits anymore; it just happens when my hormones get out of whack.

I wish I had that willpower lol. To me nothing is more embarrassing to go out in public with a huge bulging pus-filled whitehead on my face, especially if it has been there all day and nobody bothered to tell me about it. I have to pop those things.

For big ones, I just get a qtip and rub them vigorously with alcohol until the pus is extracted, blotting it up as it oozes out, then wash the area w/ warm water & pat dry. In an hour, you can barely tell anything was there.

I hate popping them but still find myself doing occasionally. I try my hardest not to.

I love the way those pore strips feel, though, and being able to see all the blackheads they out when you rip 'em off is pretty interesting.

I usually pop my zits in the shower so I can wash the area off right after.

There is a strange satisfaction in doing it.

Mine have never popped that easily though. Usually takes a bit more pressure than that. I do use witch hazel on my face daily as a toner though, so that helps to dry them out somewhat when I have them. Witch Hazel is also a godsend for red razor bumps! :zoidberg:
