Where can I find Mushrooms in Melbourne / Victoria?

Can anyone PLEASE tell me the name/s of any suburbs or areas in Melbourne that have magic mushies ...??? especially any areas that grow the amanita muscaria type (but not really fussy, any will do)

ummmmm do some research on their habitat and go searching. put in the effort and im 100% sure you will be successful.

Specific locations aren't allowed.

If you want to find a species of mushroom, learn what habitat it favors. Then go find areas with that habitat and look for them.

You could also make a post in the Gathering Forum to try and meet up with people in your area with similar interests to hunt with.

you could most likely find some psilocybe subaeruginosas, which are pretty common around Australia, and I found some just the other day :>
