Identifying salvia in the wild.
    #1681237 - 07/02/03 08:43 PM (13 years, 5 months ago)

Long story short, a freinds mom is a master gardener... and she has some salvia growing somewhere on her property.
I would like to make a stealthy cutting tonight, I need to locate this plant. Altough I've seen pictures online of an ideal specimen, I'm wondering what it would look like if it just grew outside (like different leaf structure etc) I would also l.ike help targeting the target habitat, so I can prioritize what parts of the garden to inspect first.

I doubt there will be any large visable difference... keep us updated on this "rambo salvia zerg" and be sure to take a few cuttings so you can make sure you get at least one healthy plant... and then you can give cuttings to all your friends : )

Are you sure it's salvia divinorum? Divinorum is one of the rarest plants on earth and if someone you know has "salvia" growing in their garden it is without a doubt a non-psychoactive sage specie.

You can pretty much only order salvia divinorum from exotic/psychoactive plant suppliers... and it's hard to grow outside.
