Fuckin' fleas...

Is anyone else having flea problems with their animals this year?  I have a cat and a dog, and they both get their flea medicine on time every month.  I have heard that every few years fleas get immune to certain flea meds, and the companies have to alter their recipes... but, god damn, I can't seem to kill these fuckin fleas!

About 4 years ago, we had a similar problem but lived in a smaller house with less carpeting.  Back then, we were able to go the non-chemical route and used diatomaceous earth (DE) and a vacuum and that did the trick.  Granted, we spent a week sprinkling DE all around the house and vacuuming... but no chems, and it worked.  This time, DE doesn't do shit and we have a bigger house with more carpeting. 

I got some bug bombs from ACE, and my wife and son are going out of town this weekend.  Hopefully, I'll be able to kill these fucking fleas! 

Does anyone have any suggestions for non chemical ways of dealing with fleas before I bomb my house?

Non-chemical?  I give my dog comfortis when she gets fleas.  Knocks 'em out quick.  It is a chemical of course, like all medication.  They dont have it for cats, so it might not be for you.  But if they jump from your cat to your dog then your dog's blood will kill them.

I use chems on my animals... but, they don't seem to be working so well because we have fleas all in our house.  I think Im just gonna have to do the flea bomb this weekend.  The main reason for my chemical concern is because of my son.

Check out comfortis.  I give my dog that pill and all fleas are gone in a day or two.
