It is entirely possible that said microRNAs could affect the epigenetic status of germ cells thus propagate a genetic change through the generations. There is now good proof that what your grandparents ate back in the day affects your health through epigenetic mechanisms. Also microRNAs are well know to modulate the epigenetic status and also DICER and the microprocessor complex (DGCR8 and Drosha) have been implicated in DNA repair pathways. Therefore its entirely possible that your plant based diet could have completely unpredictable and in fact harmful consequences for you, your children and your children's children.

well, i find that i feel rather bone dry if eat just raw vegetables, which i do, all the time... (i mostly eat my salads without dressing too) i need meat, in order to have energy. i like a heavy a healthy metabolism too, with eating some fruit and drinking some H20 in the a little after i wake up, then eat some whole wheat cereal or maybe if lacking energy (i eat pretty light usually, in the morning) some bacon, eggs and potatoes. (this is when i really need an extra boost) (sometimes coffee will do, as well) then for lunch either a simply snack like a oatmeal bar, or some un-salted chips (i like them better) or maybe a sandwich but i sometimes stave off lunch and just stick to some fruit throughout the day until supper...

then i just eat whatever the fuck i want afterwards...

fully stocked.

dude you are just another case of weak adrenals and therefore low neurotransmitter production. this is a widespread condition across the human species. give it one or two more generations and everybody will have to agree with me that humans are neurologically screwed.

let me enlighten you: the energy you get from meat is called stimulation due to the neurotransmitters we share with animals like adrenaline. factory animals are loaded with adrenaline there's absolutely no special vitamins in dead animals. you'd get the same benefit from taking epinephrine pills. you are essentially supplementing with stimulation. hence the meat and caffeine. stimulating glands is what actually weakens them in the first place. see the problem?

your "high metabolism" is likely malabsorbtion. you eat way too many grains. the glue in grains literally destroys the bowels!  grains are irritating to cells and cause excessive mucous production. when the bowel walls and villi get get coated in glue and mucous, nutrition absorption is hindered.

it's obvious i'm just going to make some solid threads in the well-being forum and link people the them. i just can't keep up with all the heath mis-info people have bought into.

yeah, you're right. i JUST eat grains... like pounds of grains, all to myself, everyday. i'm going to die soon.

and then my meat intake... yes, i love to suck the soul out of my meat first, and throw it into the blender with my grain slurry... before i cook up my platitudes of meat-i-ness and ingest over and over again, all the things that are bad for you... and EAT NOTHING that is good for you.

thanks for making your point.

that's cool. it plays absolutely no part in my decisions, it's nice bonus though. me not eating them was purely for my sake. not to mention getting into psychedelics completely turned me off the idea of eating dead bodies.

Oh enough of that im-special/antimainstream bullshit. I tried not eating meat and it sucked. Not that I eat much meat anyways but I generally prefer a healthy balanced diet that includes meat not some hippie nonsense.

if you had strong adrenals producing adequate neurotransmitters it wouldn't suck at all. unless of course what you mean is that you just really like eating meat. call it hippie nonsense if you will, just don't ever think of calling me a hippie!

he does not use any of the supplements on that site! he says this over and over in the vids! he has them available because some people have a thing for them.  i assure you they are crap!!!!!!!
herbs are hardly supplements! they are plants that have tremendous medicinal properties. humans and animals been eating them forever as foods!

the FDA is not there for you interest. they are tied in with industry giants. they discourage herbs, because they actually work! they want you on pharmaceutical drugs instead. these pills cost pennies to make, and the price can be over a hundred dollars a bottle. talk about markup! if you health was the concern here, how can that much profit be justified?

he don't need a damn degree to learn fruits+herbs+rest! he got those because of people like you. see how hung up you are on this degree shit?
intellectualism is just one problem with the modern man. we've lost all natural instinct for what is good for us. wild animals are doing much better than us! no degrees, no books, no modern medicine, yet they know exactly what foods are good and bad for them!

the only reason herbs ever got a bad rep in the first place is because EXTRACTS were used! "intellectuals" isolated just the most active compounds! these are not safe chemistry. whole herbs are extremely safe because all the chemistry is intact and in balance as nature intended.

why do i spend so much time making my own herbal formulas if they do nothing? don't you think i would of given up by now? i'm adamant about herbs because they have helped me tremendously! my personal are a strong motivator!

you guys know everything about this shit, yet your all too scared to even try it! this fear has been systematically programed into the human species. they've even got you afraid to eat alot of fruit...come on this fucking fruit we are talking about here! everything i'm reading you say here actually backs up what Tony Wright claims in his book! so that''s only more proof for me.

again i'll ask you...how do you explain all the love people leave for Dr. Morse in the video comments? how do you explain the several hundred of testimonials that have come forward over the course of his 800 videos? are all these comments just part of a scam? how come there's nobody complaining about the program?  why do people want him to be president? how come his vids have 90+ % thumbs up?

Specifically your last paragraph? Theres no shortage of people lacking intelligence in this world, how many or how little people have love for him is irrelevant. Thats not even a fuckin argument, get outta here with this nonsense. You cant even back up a single one of your points with anything substantial and when your arguments get destroyed you go off on entirely unrelated tangents. Go away.

my life philosophy is 90% healthy 10% unhealthy per say. i think its absolutely ridiculous to not eat "junk food" occasionally. you only have one life to live so why not enjoy it a bit. the last thing i want is to live until im 100 because i ate healthy my whole life, talk about dragging out the end.

i totally agree with you though, once i changed my diet i definitely felt so much more energy coming back. fyi, juicing is BULLSHIT. put all the fruits and veggies in a blender and make a smoothie instead. juicers remove tons of good shit that most people throw out which is pretty dumb, youre only getting a portion of the vitamins and minerals. gotta eat the flesh and the skin

being vegan does not make a person healthy. i've personally met so many who aren't. their condescending attitude generally sucks too.

why not actually address what I've said instead of spouting a testimonial
and telling me I'm afraid to try something I know to be unhealthy

because there's loads of gullible people looking for a quick easy fix,
people that arent looking past a claim or an immediate feeling

Quote:

wow... 800 videos, that;s some scientific proof right there

Quote:

comments are just that, loads of people getting conned, they feel great
because their diet consists of sugar, it's not much different than feeling
great because they're smoking meth. clearly you bought into it, why wouldnt others looking for the quick fix

let's take a look at all these comments
